We take pride in providing high-quality products and strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is tailored to the type of product you purchase, so please review the following guidelines carefully:

Payments: Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Production will not start until your payment clears.

Shipping: Currently, orders containing ONLY stickers are processed and shipped out between 2-5 business days, and a tracking number for sticker purchases is not provided. Some items may ship separately. The average production time is 2-10 business days followed by shipping time which varies between 2-8 days for US orders and 10-30 days for Canada orders. We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
​We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages but will do our best to help in resolving such matters.
International Shipping: Per the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your country's import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. Hiking Dogs Co cannot be held responsible for these charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees. If an order is returned to us and you do not wish it to be reshipped you will still be charged the original shipping fees. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

Refunds and Exchange: All apparel items are made-to-order and, as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and provide any necessary photographs. To avoid sizing concerns, we highly recommend using the provided sizing guide before placing your order, which can be found in the product photos.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only consider cases when you contact Hiking Dogs Co. within 45 days of receiving your order. ​Please be aware that some items are handmade and each may have slight imperfections and variations that make your product unique.

Discount Policy: We offer discounts throughout the year and through our ambassadors and Hiking Dogs Co. Leaders! The discounts and/or sales are for new purchases ONLY. We do not offer a price match for previous orders placed before a sale. We will not cover the cost of shipping to return an item and repurchase it at a lower price.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
